Important Notification of Registration
and Cancellation Policy:
All refund notifications must be received by CLIC in writing by mail and postmarked no later than Thursday, October 25th, 2007. Fax or e-mail notifications will also be accepted, but must be received no later than Thursday, October 25th, 2007.
If you are unable to attend the Convocation, you may designate a substitute in writing.
A $75 processing fee will be assessed for refunds received by this date. Refunds will not be accepted after Thursday, October 25th, 2007. Sorry, no exceptions.
